Parece que os tempos áureos de Jason Mraz estão voltando. O cantor, que fez o mundo inteiro cantar a gostosinha "I'm Yours", está de volta com tudo em 2012! Mraz acaba de lançar "I won't give up", que fará parte do seu quarto álbum de estúdio (ainda sem data prevista de lançamento). A música traz uma melodia suave e rítmica, acompanhada de uma letra romântica, ambas fiéis características do estilo do cantor (vale destacar, também, a semelhança sonora da canção com as músicas do irlandês Damien Rice).
Atualmente, "I won't give up" é a música mais baixada nos Estados Unidos, liderando o chart do iTunes e estreando na 1ª posição dos downloads da Billboard. E o cara conseguiu um feito ainda mais glorioso: estreou direto no 8º lugar da parada mais disputada do mundo, o Hot 100 da Billboard. Todo esse começo meteórico aconteceu depois de o cantor colocar no seu site o vídeo da música, que se espalhou pelas redes sociais.
